VERY BAD SERVICE ... don't ask for anything, cuz you never what the server (Heidi) will say back to you. This is my hell experience to this restaurant...I ordered a Chile Casa Silva Merlot 2006, and wanted to share with a couple of friends, so I told the server, to bring us 2 wine glasses. After a moment, another couple of friends arrived, then I asked to have another 2 glasses so we can share the wine. Then, she came back, and said "Why don't I bring whole lot more of glasses lining up on this side of the table, so you can help yourselves whenever whatever you changed your mind next time? Wouldn't that be easier?? So I don't have to walk back and forth to make a second trip"
I was totally shocked, and speechless, well I did have to pay my 15% gratuitty even though for the unaceptably service that I received from her.
Good luck to everyone that who are planning to visit this restaurant for the "excellent" service by this server "Heidi". |
